COOKING CLASSES

How does a group class work?

Fully interactive classes which take place at different locations around Jacksonville. The group size is limited to 12-14 people to allow everyone to have a hands-on experience.Ingredients, material, recipes and dinner are included. Children over the age 0f 10 are allowed to attend the evening classes. Morning classes are open to all ages.

Are classes refundable?

We realize that plans change but the classes are non refundable. If you let us know in advance, you can transfer your tickets to another person.

How does the in private in home cooking class work?

Diana will come to your house and bring all the tools for your pasta making class (pasta boards, pasta machines, ravioli molds, pasta racks, etc..), you will prepare your dishes with her and create your own homemade pasta from scratch. The evening includes a starter, a homemade pasta dish and two regional sauce. Ingredients, recipes and material are included. Drinks are not included. Diana can accommodate your vegetarian and vegan needs upon request. The menu will be discussed before hand with you. This class is fully interactive and hand-on. If you have a larger group there is the possibility to rent a bigger location.

Do  you offer corporate cooking classes?

How do I prepare for an online class?

Once you sign up for the class you will receive a zoom link and recipes with the ingredient list.The day of the class you should prepare all the ingredients, print the recipes and sign up five minutes before the class. Please feel free to email, text or call Diana if you have any questions.

Is the cost of the online class per person or per device?

The cost  is per person and you can connect as many devices as you need. Diana offers also private online classes for large groups and team building events.

ITALIAN LANGUAGE CLASSES

Do I need any basic Italian before these classes?

No, you can start at any level. Beginners are welcome! You’ll evolve and move to different levels based on your progress. Diana will give you all the support you need to develop your fluency within the language.

 

Is learning Italian online difficult?

No language is difficult to learn if you choose the right teacher that has the right training, experience and dedication to her students. The more you focus and practice the more confidence you will gain and the easier it will be to learn, regardless of whether the class is in person or online!

 

Can I take the class alone or are they in a group?

Yes. You can choose to take classes individually, in groups or in pairs. In case you choose to take them in pairs we ask you to choose your partner. You can choose the format that you are most comfortable learning the language with. Taking a class alone has certainly its advantages. Diana offers group classes in the evening and at lunch time, one to one classes can be scheduled with the teacher directly.Check the booking page.

 

What is your experience with teaching?

Diana has over twenty years teaching experience both online and in person. She has taught in different countries at different levels including schools and private businesses.

 

Are the classes only for adults?

No, the classes are for adults and kids all ages. Occasionally Diana does kids classes only.
