Enjoy and evening where you will make handmade pasta from scratch and several Italian sauces. Diana, is a Native Italian chef and is happy to share her super delicious and easy signature pasta recipes plus tons of tricks to make all those pasta shapes you love to eat! Dinner and one drink are included in your ticket! MENU: Italian bruschette on ciabatta bread Homemade pasta from scratch Sausage and gorgonzola sauce Fresh Tomato sauce with basil leaves The class is fully interactive and everyone gets to cook! In this class you will: - learn how to make your pasta dough and two sauces - Find out the proper flour to egg ratio per person - learn which flours are needed to make each pasta shape - learn how to knead, roll, and cut your dough - How to choose the right ingredients for each pasta recipe - What tools and kitchen equipment you'll need to make pasta What's included: cooking class, recipes, ingredient, material, dinner and one drink!
