Under the guidance of Diana Testa, a native Italian cook who learned the art of cuisine from her nonna, you'll learn to make handmade pasta infused with fresh herbs, then toss it in a bright, creamy lemon sauce—all alongside expertly paired wines from Trinchero Family Estates, guided by Ben Duguid.
