VALENTINE CHEF COOKING CLASS & WINE TASTING

Enjoy a unique Valentine's Day cooking class where everything is about love and sharing. In this hands-on experience, couples will enjoy a romantic dinner preparing a delicious homemade meal. The class will begin with the perfect Tomato Basil & Mozzarella Bruschetta followed by gnocchi and and sauces.Participants will also create an individual Italian dessert, Tiramisu, to enjoy at the end of the class. Diana will teach you all you need to know about the authenticity of the dishes and their origins.

The highlight of the dinner will be an interactive lesson on making Gnocchi pasta using potatoes, eggs, and flour. Couples will have the opportunity to choose from a variety of sauces to top their pasta.
